  16. This file requires VBRUN200.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). To find it, type VBRUN RUNTIME on the search form that comes up when you click the Software Search icon on the main menu of the Windows Forum. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL, or VBRUN300.DLL.

Uploaded by the author. PowerBar is a program launcher. It was created it as a replacement for Microsoft Office because of the massive system resources that office took just for a buttonbar(6-10%). The goal of PowerBar is to make it as easy as possible to run most of your programs.  By moving your mouse over the PowerBar button it expands and show a row of buttons to select from. By clicking two times at most you can run any program you configure and still take up a very small amount of desktop space.
